What is a Hiring Pass?
A Hiring Pass is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Choose 30 days from AED 99, or 90 days. Either way you can contact every nanny on WeNanny. It also includes the hiring toolkit, the hiring guide ebook, AED 700 off visa services, and member discounts.
Do I pay each time I contact a nanny?
No. One payment covers every nanny on WeNanny for the duration of your pass (30 or 90 days). There is no extra fee per nanny.
What visa benefit is included?
Hiring Pass holders get AED 700 off visa services through our maids.cc partnership. Details are on the visa partner page once you have an active pass.
How does the VIP Concierge service work?
VIP is a one-time 5,000 AED service. You work with a dedicated matching specialist who learns your family's needs, reviews assessment results and fit, shortlists candidates, and supports you through the process. It's for families who prefer a done-for-you search. Enquire via Pricing or the Help Center.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is required for the Hiring Pass when you are ready to contact nannies, and for the optional VIP Concierge service if you choose it. Browsing and matching do not require a card.
Can I browse first and get a Hiring Pass later?
Yes. Many families browse and shortlist first, then buy a Hiring Pass when they are ready to reach out. One payment covers every nanny on WeNanny for the duration of your pass.
