WeNanny is operated by ROQ CX - FZCO (Trade License No: 4473), a company licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority and regulated by the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
2. The Basics 📚
Let's get the vocabulary sorted! When we say "Service", we mean everything WeNanny - our website, apps, and all the cool features we offer. And "Users"? That's all of you - whether you're a parent looking for your Mary Poppins or a nanny ready to create some magic! ✨
3. Your Part in This Adventure 🤝
As a WeNanny user, here's what we need from you (pretty reasonable stuff):
- Keep it real - share only true and accurate information
- Keep your account details secret (like a treasure map! 🗺️)
- Don't share your login info (not even with your best friend)
- Let us know if something seems fishy with your account
- Play by the rules (both ours and the law's)

If we ever introduce paid features or services, we'll tell you clearly in advance (no sneaky charges), and any payment terms will be explained before you agree to them.
Important: Any salary, payments, or financial arrangements between families and nannies are between those parties — WeNanny does not process wages for employment you arrange through the platform unless we explicitly offer a separate paid product and you choose to use it.
7. The Fine Print 📋
While we're here to help make connections happen, we can't be responsible for:
- What users do (we're matchmakers, not supervisors)
- The quality of care (though we hope it's always amazing!)
- Disagreements between users (please play nice)
- Any oopsies that happen while using WeNanny
Platform Role & Information Accuracy
WeNanny is a platform that connects families and nannies. We do not employ, place, or supervise nannies, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided in user profiles.
While we aim to support your search, information on the platform is provided by users and may not always be independently verified. Families are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including interviews, reference checks, and background verification, before making any hiring decisions.
8. Breaking Up 💔
We hope it never comes to this, but we might need to suspend accounts that don't follow these terms. And of course, you can leave anytime (but we'll miss you!).
9. Changes & Updates 🔄
We might update these terms occasionally (we're always growing!). If you keep using WeNanny after changes, it means you're cool with the new terms.
